My Cyberfair thoughts and unforgettable experiences

Sabado, Marso 5, 2011

Cyberfair is a competition for the youth. It is a way to make the youth be ambassadors. It is also a way to showcase their talents. It has eight categories and our category is the first one or the local leaders category.

I think that Cyberfair is a great competition that helps the youth to somewhat express themselves in a very creative manner. The Cyberfair competition encouraged us to learn more and to self-study. It also helped enhance our skills and talents in making a website. The Cyberfair competition is so far the best competition I have ever been a part of. Even if it forced us to sleep late at night and wake up early in the morning it still made us better. I believe that joining in competitions like Cyberfair is a really great experience because it brings out the best in you. This competition also boosted our confidence especially in expressing ourselves.

For the past couple of months, we have been working on this project because it is also a part of our Technology and Home Economics curriculum. There were many things that our group experienced during the making of our project. We had our ups and downs, but who doesn’t? The worst thing we experienced was when all our files were deleted and we had to rush and make new files and fortunately we did. We also had some problem with our schedules but we worked it out and it turned out great.

My unforgettable experience is meeting other people during the making of our project. I learned many things from them too. It is a great thing because it helped me be more confident around other people.  This competition also helped me in my social abilities because it encouraged me to talk to many people. J

My Cyberfair Experience :)

Linggo, Pebrero 13, 2011
Cyberfair is an international contest for many schools. Our teacher in technology and home economics, Mr. Vincent Tabor, registered us to be participants in the said competition. To get us more interested in it, he made this our project. This competition is exclusively for the third year sections that Mr. Tabor handles. So basically there’s only two. One is 3-Mapagpakumbaba and the other one is 3-Mapagmalasakit. Mr. Vincent Tabor joined us together. There are eight categories in this competition so we formed eight groups.

The group I am in is the Local Leaders group. Our group is composed of three students from the science section and seven students from the regular section. We started doing our project in the first week of January. The work was divided into two. The content of the website was our part while the website was the work of the regular section. We didn’t know each other at first so it was not that comfortable working with them but as time passed by we got to know each other and it became very nice working with them.

Everyone has their ups and downs and so did we. There were some misunderstandings in our group mainly because of our class schedules but also because of miscommunication with our group mates. We had a hard time communicating with our group mates because of our class schedules and also because we don’t see each other that much. There were also many great things that happened in our group. We got to know each other more and more when we work. We also gained great experiences. The best thing for me is that I got to know more people and I gained many friends from this project. I did not only become friends with my group mates but also with other people from other groups because we all helped each other.

Break even <3

My blog is all about the song break even by The Script. I chose this song to blog about because it’s a really great song and a very powerful one too. It has really very deep meaning and I love it. J

The song is all about love and broken-heartedness. The song break even also expresses the feeling of sadness. It talks about the feeling of a broken-hearted guy. The guy expresses his sadness because while he’s still not moving on, the girl already found someone else. The guy is trying really hard to move on but he just can’t.

"When thinking won't cure fear, action will" - W. Clement Stone

Miyerkules, Enero 12, 2011

“The only thing we have to fear is fear itself” – Franklin Roosevelt

“Nothing is terrible except fear itself” – Francis Bacon

There are so many things that define what fear is. On the blog of John Maxwell, he said that fear is universal and that even the most courageous people feel afraid sometimes. He also said that avoiding fear doesn’t really make it go away but there is one way to overcome fear: we have to face it. John Maxwell also mentioned some ways to overcome sin. These are:

-Discover the foundation of fear
It says here that most of the time fear is not actually based on a fact but it is just based on a feeling.
=>Many people feel fear because sometimes they just make things up in their mind that makes them afraid. Like for example when you hear a click in the door at night your first thought must be that it’s a burglar so you feel fear and you tend to think of other scary things so that makes you more afraid.

-Admit your fears
By admitting our fear, we can then challenge its accuracy.
=>One step in overcoming fear is by admitting it. By knowing and admitting your fears then you can now think of ways to overcome them.

-Accept the frailty and brevity of life
We can only focus on what we can control in our life by accepting the frailty and brevity of life.
=>Let us think more on the things that we can really do and make better rather than stressing out on the things that are inevitable.

-Accept fear as the price of progress
For us to do something great we must first be willing to take some risks and with risk comes fear.
=>Fear is everywhere. Everyone feels it. Even the best things in life are connected with fear. So in order to achieve the best things we have to undergo many obstacles and one of them is fear. But once we overcome it we will feel very relived and overwhelmed with great emotions.

-Develop a burning desire that overcomes fear
Sometimes the best way to fight fear is by confronting it.
=> We should always think that there is a bigger picture. Behind fear there is always something greater that’s why we should develop a burning desire that overcomes fear.

-Focus on what you can control
“Do not let what you cannot do interfere with what you can do” – John Wooden
=>Everything in this world changes. Change is everywhere and it is inevitable. There is nothing we can do about it. So rather than focusing on the unstoppable we should focus our mind, time and power in things that we can actually do.

-Focus on today
By focusing only on what’s right in front of us, we can manage tremendous risk because we know we’ll only have to deal with it one wave at a time.
=>Don’t think about the past because you can’t do anything about it. What’s done is done and you can’t do anything about it. Don’t think about tomorrow because you can’t predict what would happen. The best thing is think about today and what you can do or say because that’s what matters.

-Put some wins under your belt
The more we face our fears, the more capable we begin to feel, and the more fears we are willing to face.
=>Fear can build up but courage can too. We face each day with fear. We might not feel it all the time but it is there and it is easily triggered. But as the days pass by we encounter them. And as we encounter them we gain some kind of immunity to this certain fear so we become more courageous to face life day after day.

-Do it now
As we realize what’s true and focus on what we can control, the fear naturally fades and weakens.
=>We can conquer fear in many ways and some of these ways were mentioned. If thinking about overcoming fear is not working then the thing left to do is acting. We should act in order for us to overcome our fears.

John Maxwell’s blog is really inspiring for me. It actually is really true. It talks about fear and it is a constant thing in this world. All of us experience fear at some point in our life and we should know how to overcome them and John Maxwell just gave us some ideas how to.

Sunset

Sunset

I look out my window
I see the faint color of the rainbow
And the sky blending with the sea
I think to myself what a wonderful place to be

A place of quietness and love
From the holy people above
It’s the meeting of the day and the night
Darkness will overshadow the light

Its near the end of the day
But the start of another play
Make everyday worth your time
Because life’s a climb

Be hopeful for what may come
May it be nice or not, just stay calm
Do every thing you want to do
Because sometimes you just may not have a clue

Christmas day and Advent season

Sabado, Enero 1, 2011
The birthday of Jesus or also known as Christmas day is celebrated on the twenty-fifth day of December. I believe that this day is the most awaited day of many people because it’s a time to receive and give things like gifts or love or any other things that you can give. J
Before Christmas day we go through a lot of “activities” like the “misa de gallo” and “simbang gabi”. We also celebrate the Advent season. We make advent wreaths and put four candles on it. Three candles are violet while one candle is pink. Each candle represents different things and each week of the advent season we light one candle. The first candle represents hope, the second candle or the candle of the way, the third candle represents joy and lastly the fourth candle represents peace.
Many people actually start celebrating the Christmas season on the twenty-fourth day of December. On the night of December 24 many people go to church to celebrate the so called “simbang gabi”. After the simbang gabi we celebrate Christmas with our family and with friends. Usually many people use “paputok” to make loud noises but I believe that because of very many accidents in the past due to “paputok” the officials and the police posted a law that prohibits children from using “paputok”.
Christmas is a really great event because it’s a time for family and friends. It’s the time us to be reunited with the people we love and to start catching up with them. It’s a time for love and joy.

T.I.

Linggo, Disyembre 19, 2010

Clifford Joseph Harris Jr. or better known by his stage name T.I. is a thirty year old rapper who is continuing his rise to fame.  He was born on the twenty fifth day of September on the year 1980. He is a rapper, song writer, record producer and now also an actor. He has a movie that just came out recently. The movie is called TAKERS. He is in this movie together with Chris Brown, another great singer.

He started his career back in 2001 and he’s active until now. He already released about five albums and through the years he becomes better and better. He has many great songs and some of them are: I Got Your Back, All She Wrote, Get Back Up, Dead and Gone. These are actually some of my favorite songs. I think that they’re really amazing songs. Many people can really relate to his songs because it’s so real.

He had some beef with some people but they eventually resolved it. Through the years he progressed impeccably. Most of his songs were included in the top ten songs of the week. He won many awards because of his great songs. He collaborated with many great artists too and some of them were Eminem, Keri Hilson, Chris Brown and even Cristina Aguilera.

My favorite song of T.I. is the one he recorded with Keri Hilson. It’s the one entitled I Got Your Back. I chose it because its really sweet and the meaning is really deep. Its like telling the person you love that you’ll always be there no matter what. J

My Best Friend

Sabado, Disyembre 11, 2010
My Best friend

In times of worry and pain
In times when there’s no sun and only rain
You were there to guide and lead me
You would also risk your life, maybe

You gave me happiness and joy
You were with me in my ploy
You even tried dangerous things with me
You served as my lost key

I pushed you and I thought you’d never come back
But when you were gone everything went black
We laughed and cried together
We said we would be best friends forever

Santa Claus

Martes, Disyembre 7, 2010

For me, Santa is just a healthy, old man with a white beard. That is my physical description of Santa Claus. J

Santa Claus is also known as St. Nicholas or Father Christmas. Santa Claus is believed to be a legendary figure who gives gifts to good or nice children on Christmas day. Santa Claus wears a red outfit with some white lines. He also wears black boots.

When I was an ignorant, little kid, I believed in Santa Claus and his elves. But as I got older I realized that he was just a myth. I believe that parents told their children Santa was real because they want their children to act nicely so that Santa Claus will give them gifts on Christmas day.

I believe that making children believe that Santa is real can be a good and a bad thing. It can be a good thing because if the children will believe in Santa then they will be good and nice. It can also be a bad thing because if they believe in fake being and they find out about it then it will break their hearts.

Now, I actually think that Santa Claus is good for us so that we will have something to believe in and to somewhat look forward to. J

Christmas Tree

Lunes, Disyembre 6, 2010

A Christmas tree is usually green but nowadays many people are already inventing different types of Christmas trees. Christmas trees are usually put up during the yuletide season. It may be put up in your home, in your office or anywhere.

Let me give you a little history about the Christmas tree. It started way back in the sixth century. It started in Germany and Livonia.  When it was invented there were many things or people linked to the Christmas tree for example St. Boniface.

There are different types, kinds and colors of Christmas trees nowadays. Most Christmas trees are still green but some are already blue, red and many more other colors. In Baguio City you can spot different Christmas trees. Some are higher than a tree while some are just short. In the lower Session Road you can see a very high Christmas tree. Actually I can’t personally say if it’s a Christmas tree because all you can see are lights and you can’t quite look at the tree itself during night time.

There are very many beautiful Christmas trees around the world. In some places they hold a competition for the best Christmas tree decoration.

For me, Christmas trees are very fun to look at because of their lights and decorations and also because of the presents put under it. But most of all I love looking at Christmas trees because by just seeing Christmas trees around me I can feel that Christmas season is very near.

Slim Shady

Lunes, Nobyembre 29, 2010

Rapping is really hard especially when you sing some of Eminem’s songs. Lately, I’ve been interested with rapping. I really like some raps of Eminem, T.I., Lil Wayne, and Drake. I know some people don’t really like rap because they think its just noise and not really good to the ear but if you just take some time to really listen to the meaning then maybe you’ll change your mind J

Eminem is a singer, rapper, and an actor. He makes funny, sweet, and meaningful raps and songs. I really adore his songs especially spacebound. For me, he is the king of rap. He really proved himself to the people. Some may hate him and say he’s bull**** but please these haters are just jealous of him because through time he was able to prove himself to everybody. He doesn’t only make comedic raps but he makes very meaningful rhymes. Take time to deeply understand his rhymes and you’ll find that it’s really great.

“Rabbit” has experienced almost everything that a person can experience. He went through life everyday worrying about many things. He really loves his daughters especially Hailie.

I believe that if Eminem’s gone then rap will really change. Some rappers may emerge and become famous but Eminem is still the greatest for me.

My Gift to SLU on its Centennial

Biyernes, Nobyembre 26, 2010
Saint Louis University started with just one room, having only a few students. The teachers were priests and the students can be easily counted. Through the years SLU has developed and progressed impeccably. Saint Louis University changed in major ways, good ways. It became bigger and bigger and now it is about to celebrate its centennial.
SLU centennial will be celebrated next year (2011). Even if SLU centennial seems far away the people of SLU are already preparing and starting their works and many are starting to take part in the coming celebration.
Saint Louis University a top rated school in Baguio City is celebrating its centennial next year. For one hundred years Saint Louis University has definitely done a terrific job in educating students. Saint Louis University is a school enhancing students’ minds and body. It provides sufficient learning and it does not only teach students lessons but SLU also teaches morals to students.
As a loyal student of Saint Louis University I can honestly say that picking SLU as my school is the best choice I have ever made. If not for SLU I will never experience the fun that I am experiencing now. Saint Louis University makes students experience the best in life. It helps students realize many things that are essential in the future.
This school offers many different things that will help us students in the future.
Saint Louis University has taught me well. It developed many things in me that I didn’t know was there. It helped me realize the beauty of life as a teenager and as a person. It made me feel things that I never felt before and it made me a stronger person.
This school has been much help in many students’ life. It helped them achieve their goals and aspirations in life. It made them better people and it helped many people in their struggles as high school students.
As a high school student I can agree to other people saying that high school is the best school life ever because as an actual high school student you can really experience many things in life, you can be with many different kinds of people, and you can experience love maybe once or twice and I know that being in Saint Louis University has helped me experience all these things that’s why I’m really lucky to have SLU as my second home.
Saint Louis University has four main core values. These are: Competence, Creativity, Christian Spirit, and Social Involvement. SLU teaches students these things to improve them and to make them better.
SLU develops competence in students. It makes students more active in school and it also makes students confident and develops self esteem in every student.
Creativity is also another thing that SLU teaches and develops in every student. SLU helps students realize the deeper creative person in them.
SLU also helps students realize their true faith and it helps them know the higher power. J
Last but not the least SLU makes students be socially involved and it makes them be more friendly.
SLU does not only teach students’ academics but it also helps students gain more friends and it makes students feel wonderful things. J <3

Rajon Rondo 9: Assists Dealer

Linggo, Nobyembre 21, 2010

Basketball didn’t really interest me that much before but as I got to know it better I found out that it’s really interesting, like really. It’s with excitement and joy. You will feel some kind of tingling emotion when you watch it especially when you’re watching your favorite basketball team and most especially when you’re watching your favorite player. In my case that’s Rajon Rondo <3

My favorite team in the NBA is Boston Celtics and their point guard, Rajon Rondo is my favorite player. I began watching basketball last summer. I watched the 2010 NBA Finals and that’s what got me interested in basketball. It’s a shame the Celtics didn’t win the 2010 Finals but I really hope they win the championship this year. J

Rajon Rondo started out as a football player but he switched to basketball. He attended a school in Kentucky and he also made the basketball team there. He was a great player. He actually received some awards when he was still in high school. He was the 21st draft in 2006. He was traded to Boston and he became their starting point guard.

For me, Rajon Rondo is the best point guard in the league right now. I believe that he can lead his team to another championship title and I believe that it’s going to be this year. He has shown tremendous progress for the past years that he has been on the NBA. At first, people doubted him because he wasn’t a great shooter but as time passes by he is really starting to prove himself. He showed tremendous progress as time goes and he showed dedication in his work.

I believe that Rondo is pretty capable of doing anything. He was actually awarded for most assists in the NBA. He is also getting better in jump shooting and he is great in dunking. He makes at least one or two steals in a game and he can make really great plays. J

I believe that he will be the best point guard ever. He is just young so he can still make many unbelievable things.

Saint Louis University, the school for everybody

Lunes, Oktubre 11, 2010
SLU, a known school in this city and in others too is not only popular because there are many students attending there but also because of its greatness as a whole. J

One major thing that SLU focuses on is the history of the Philippines.

This exhibit is all about the history of the Philippines. It focuses on the struggles of Filipinos to achieve their independence. This exhibit is being held to improve peoples’ nationalism specifically students. J

SLU promotes Catholic faith. Saint Louis University does not only improve students’ intellect but it also improves students’ faith and trust in God. Every first Friday of a month Saint Louis University Laboratory High School holds a mass for the whole student body including the teachers and some staff. Through this it can be seen the improvement in faith of the students. With these activities partnered with the subject Religion can really change a person’s life and it can make a big impact on him/her. J

Student scholarship program

Because Saint Louis University is such a generous school it provides scholarship for students who cannot afford to go to school. Well, of course you should be deserving to be a scholar in SLU because SLU does not just throw away these scholarships but it looks for the best students fitted to be scholars. J

Through the years, SLU developed many things, progressed and changed for the better. Saint Louis University also had many presidents that all contributed in the development of SLU. Now, the man behind the “desk” is Fr. Jesse M. Hechanova, the current president of SLU.

Last August 20, 2005, Fr. Jesse M Hechanova had his Investiture Ceremony as the sixth President of Saint Louis University. Father Hechanova’s record indeed shows excellence in many fields. J  He is a great President, he participates in some school activities and he shows support to students. J

As the years pass by, many changes occur. It may be good or bad, beneficial or not, but mostly for SLU the changes that happened were for the sake of the common good.

Saint Louis University is going to celebrate its centennial on 2011 but as early as now preparations are already made. The centennial of SLU is a major event. It just proves that no matter what happens SLU is still standing strong. J Saint Louis University experienced many different things. Some are insults but most are praises.

SLU also offer many activities that enhance students’ talents. The SLU Tanghalan is for the students that have talent in acting, singing, dancing and etcetera. There are many great plays that the SLU tangahalan shows. Some are for pure entertainment, while some have a deeper meaning to what is being portrayed.

SLU-LHS my home, my school

Linggo, Oktubre 10, 2010
For the past two years until the present, Saint Louis University Laboratory High School has been my home and sometimes refuge. I spend fifty hours a week of my life working hard and studying hard in this school. I hear people say that high school is the best school life ever and talking from experience I would have to agree.

Saint Louis University Laboratory High School as my home, this school has been a huge part of my life. I wake up every morning, eat, brush my teeth, take a bath, and go to school. I do this routine every school day and sometimes weekends if necessary. J Everyday I look forward to going to school because it’s the best part of my day. In school, I experience many different things, I feel many emotions, I get to know different kinds of people, and I get to spend my day with friends and the people I love and SLU-LHS made this all possible for me.

As a science section student I feel that I haven’t fully experienced the real fun of being a teenager but being in SLU-LHS makes me feel great. Having spent my high school life with the same classmates made me feel very attached and close to them. I already consider them family. We, three science section students already have a strong bond and we already feel connected.

Now that all the third years are already together in one campus together with the second years and fourth years made Saint Louis University Laboratory High School a bigger home for me and for all of us. Being transferred in the same building with our batch mates is a really great thing. Through this we can experience unity with others and this made my life a lot happier. J

Saint Louis University Laboratory High School is my one and only school.

I remember my very first high school day in 2008, I was really nervous that time. I felt uncomfortable surrounded by strangers, huge strangers. I felt a little relief when I saw my friend in elementary, Riza, we exchanged hellos and I once again felt relief when she told me we were going to be classmates. We had our orientation and we went to our classrooms and it all started there. I made new friends even best friends. I became best friends with many people in my first year of high school these people are: Riza, Rachel, Patrick, Clyde, Allan, Alyana, and many more.

My friends in first year are still my friends now that I’m already a third year student. And through the years I made many more friends.

Having SLU-LHS as my school is really great because it is in this school that I have experienced many wonderful things. I experienced hurt, joy, fun, happiness, love and most of all to love. It is in this school that I saw, learned and understood the things that I didn’t understand and know when I was younger.

Now that I’m already a third year high school student made me think of all the fun things I missed in my earlier years of high school primarily because I’m a science section student and being in that position can sometimes be really difficult but I don’t regret every bit of it. J Being a science section student made me be very independent and somewhat stronger. And that’s what Saint Louis University Laboratory High School teaches the students to become.

Saint Louis University Laboratory High School is a really great school. It develops the better person inside every student and it makes students experience the real life. J

Is Human Sexuality important?

Linggo, Setyembre 26, 2010

Human sexuality, what do we really mean by human sexuality?

Well, according to the speakers yesterday at the talk about human sexuality, human sexuality isn’t all about expressing ourselves as sexual beings but also about whom we really are as persons. It was stressed that our gender greatly affects our human sexuality.  It was also said that there are four genders, they are the male, female, effeminate, and the lesbians. It was also mentioned that there are only two sexes; they are the male, and female.

The talk was also about teenage pregnancies. It was stressed out in the talk that nowadays there are many teenage pregnancies; so we may think of it as normal and usual, that’s why the speakers informed us about the different disadvantages in teenage pregnancies. They also told us the most effective answers to people who pressure us to have sexual intercourse with them and it seemed quite right. The speakers asked some of us what we would answer to the different pressure questions and it was seen that most of us don’t know what to say yet. So I think that what the speakers taught will be very useful to us in the future. But some of the things that the speakers taught us were already common sense because it was really easy and I think that those parts of the talk were useless because they should have focused on some other serious stuff. J They also showed us some clips showing the effects of giving in to temptation and one clip showing a woman giving birth which was really unnecessary for me to see. J While they were showing the clip of the woman giving birth to a child everybody started screaming, laughing and some covered their eyes (including myself of course). I think that this was our reaction because we aren’t as educated as we thought we were but I also believe that these were our reactions because we didn’t fully understand what giving birth means. Maybe some of us just thought of it as bringing new life to the world but as what we’ve seen during the talk giving birth is more than just providing life but it is also the courage and strength of the mother to carry a child and bring it out. I believe that giving birth is probably a very painful thing that a woman has to go through but I also believe that after the pain comes joy because my mother once said to me that yes, pregnancy is difficult but it is worth it because once the pain is over you will feel overwhelmed and you will be the happiest person in the planet. J

Some parts of the talk were very boring especially the second part because the speaker wasn’t as fun as the first one. J

But all in all I think that what the speakers told, taught and showed us is really going to be a help for us someday. I also think that what they said during the talk affected each and every third year student there even if some were only making jokes or just laughing.

As young Louisians it is but right for us to control our raging emotions and contain ourselves. I think that before we do things we should always think about other people first and we should always take into consideration the consequences of our actions. I believe that rushing things leads to no good and it would lead to the destruction of the person or the people involved. I know that if we wait for the right time we will realize that we will be really successful in the things that we would want to accomplish and we will please the people we want to.

Wait for the right time because it’s worth it. J

Mitchell Besser: Mothers helping mothers fight HIV

Human immunodeficiency virus or commonly known as HIV is affecting a huge number of people in the world especially in sub-Saharan Africa. There are many mothers affected with HIV in Africa but there are only few who have the courage to fight this disease.

In the talk, Mitchell Besser, a graduate of medicine from the Harvard University said that HIV is stigmatizing. According to him HIV is not only a medical issue but also a social issue. I believe that he said this because if you’re an HIV positive you may be thrown out or condemned by many people even your family. There are 33 million HIV positive people in the whole world and two thirds of these people belong to Africa specifically the sub-Saharan region. By giving medicine to these people infected with this virus there will be a huge decline in their number. This was tested and proven as stated by Mitchell Besser because according to him there was an eighty percent decline in the number of HIV positive people because of the treatments and medicine given to them. In the talk, Mitchell Besser showed a picture of the world and in that picture it was focused on Africa because of its huge number of HIV positive people. In the second picture Africa was also very eye catchy because of its smallness. The smallness of Africa symbolized that there are very few doctors there that could offer cure or treatment compared to the other countries which has enough doctors to cover their population.

HIV positive mothers in Africa were also called as mentor mothers because they also help other people especially mothers who have HIV. These mentor mothers are being taught by other doctors on how to communicate with other HIV positive people and on how to help them feel hope. They discovered or invented this concept of mentor mothers because there are very few doctors and nurses in Africa that can accommodate the patients and also because of the experience of these mentor mothers. By having an HIV positive person as your mentor can make an HIV positive person feel comfortable because the person they are talking to can relate with them because they also have undergone through the same experience.

There are three main goals of the doctors, nurses, and mentor mothers. First is the PMTCT or the prevention of mother to child transmission of HIV. Second is to keep mothers and children healthy, to keep them away from harm, diseases and others. The third one is the empowerment of women in the society.

How do they plan to accomplish these goals? They actually thought of 4 steps.
1.) See the patients one-on-one
     - I think that this is quite a good idea because some people aren’t comfortable with talking about their problems in front of many people.
2.) Try to bring in the partners or husbands
     - The goal of this is to involve the partners in the treatment and to see if they have been infected too by this virus.
3.) Work in groups
     - This is also important because by coming together they can share experience and they can discuss solutions on how to deal with these problems.
4.) Community outreach
     - By conducting community outreach programs they can change the community’s beliefs and they can give the people hope.

Three levels of impact:
1.) Mothers and babies
     - Attention is given most to the mothers and children because they should be given a chance to live especially the babies and the babies need their mothers to live.
2.) Communities
     - The communities are also given attention because if one member of the community is affected then the other community members can also be easily infected.
3.) Health care systems
     - The different health care systems should always be updated so that will know what preventive measures they can do.

Hope for the best!
There should always be hope. We should always hope for the best and we should always have faith in the Lord because nothing is impossible with God.
